Two Brothers, One Standard

We came up as carpenters, and over the years we've worked across most of what a residential build actually needs — renovations, framing, decks and stairs, excavation and site work, hardscape, concrete, window and door rough-ins, and finish carpentry. Residential and commercial both. We started Ferguson Brothers in 2018, but we'd been working in the trades well before that. The company was new; the experience wasn't.

That range matters. When you've done the work with your own hands, you can see a problem coming before it costs you, and you know the difference between work done right and work done fast. It also means we know which trades to trust and how to hold them to a standard — so whether our crew is on the tools or we're coordinating specialists, the bar doesn't move.

Renovations turn up surprises — rot behind the tile, a wall that isn't carrying what the drawings say, a delivery that doesn't show. What matters isn't pretending it won't happen; it's how it gets handled. We stay calm, work the problem with what's in front of us, and keep you in the loop on what it means for cost and schedule. No drama, no disappearing.

You won't be passed around. Depending on the project, our crew does the work directly or we coordinate trusted trades to do it — and often it's a mix. Either way it stays one plan, one schedule, and one point of accountability: ours. We keep the flexibility to be the trade or to run the trades, but the responsibility never moves off our desk and onto yours.
