The iGUIDE Planix system uses a high-precision 360° camera and LiDAR sensor to capture every dimension of your existing space. The result is a rich data set — not just photos — that we use to build accurate as-built drawings for your project.

We mobilize to your property with the iGUIDE Planix R1. Every room, ceiling height, window opening, and structural element is captured. Minimum four hours on site.
iGUIDE Planix R1iGUIDE processes the scan data into a verified floor plan with accurate dimensions and a fully interactive 3D tour. Delivered digitally — ready to share with your design team.
iGUIDE Advanced DrawingWe import the scan data into SketchUp to build a precise 3D model of your existing space — the working canvas for your design and construction drawings.
Trimble SketchUpFrom the verified model, we coordinate with your designer, architect, and engineers to produce permit-ready drawings — built on data, not assumptions.
Design-BuildTransparent Pricing
Our scanning fee is built from three straightforward components. Use the calculator below to estimate the cost for your project.
All pricing in CAD. Scan fee is based on the iGUIDE Advanced Drawing Package ($0.14/ft² base rate, 1,500 ft² minimum), plus a 15% markup for mobilization coordination and project integration — billed at $0.161/ft². Labour hours beyond the 4-hour minimum billed at $125/hr. GST applicable.
